At this stage the forecast for Sunday is for snowy conditions so I am thinking of a tour out to Broken Dam Hut or possibly somewhere north of Kiandra (eg Gooandra Hut or Tantangara Hut) if there is sufficient snow at lower altitudes. I will aim to do a small circuit but it might end up being a there and back tour. The tour will be up to 20km or so of undulating terrain and suiting skiers with intermediate skills. It’s not a beginners trip. I can take anyone from Kalkite wanting to join my tour. I’ll be heading home to Canberra on Sunday night.
