Topic: What’s involved in climbing a 6000m peak in Ecuador and other adventures
Speaker: Dave Drohan.
Notes: Climbing some of the high peaks in Ecuador are technically easy, yet only about half of those who try, succeed in reaching the summit.  I did succeed in summiting two of those volcanoes in 2019. My high point was 6278m.  Come along to discover the travels of the small team I was involved with, as well as the amazing experience of watching a solar eclipse in Chile, walking an ancient Inca trail and skiing over the equator.
